The phone number of the listing agent will be visible on all public websites. Your contact details are displayed on the MLS listing under Agent Remarks, so any buyer agents viewing the property on the MLS are instructed to contact you directly.

As per MLS regulations, seller contact details cannot be displayed on third-party websites such as Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, or Trulia. However, once your property is listed on the MLS, most of the inquiries originate through the MLS, where your contact information is available.

If a buyer reaches out to the Listing Agent through a third-party website, the Listing Agent will forward the lead to you or facilitate sharing your contact details with the inquirer, enabling the buyer to connect with you directly.
