My contact info is not posted on Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com. I want to cancel and need a full refund.
We understand your concern regarding contact information visibility on third-party sites. However, please note the following:
Why Isn’t Your Contact Info Displayed on Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com?
- Your contact number is included in your MLS listing as the appointment contact under the owner’s info, in the agent remarks, and within the showing instructions.
- Third-party websites display information based on MLS syndication rules, which are regulated by the MLS Data Distribution Department.
- Private agent remarks (which contain your contact info) are not syndicated to third-party sites—only public MLS data is shared.
How Do Buyers Contact You?
- Since MLS rules restrict direct seller contact info, third-party sites display the listing agent’s contact details instead.
- The listing agent will forward your contact details to the inquirer within 24-48 business hours so buyers can connect with you directly.
How to Receive Calls Directly?
- If you prefer to receive calls without agent forwarding, consider upgrading to our GOLD or PLATINUM plan (subject to listing agent capabilities) for Call Forwarding services.
Lead Forwarding Process
- Any leads received through third-party sites are forwarded directly to you.
- The Houzeo Relationship Disclosure outlines this lead-forwarding process in the MLS listing documents.
