The agent assigned to your listing will hold the required license to list your property on your local MLS. While the Listing Agent may not always be based in your immediate neighborhood, they are fully qualified and approved to handle listings in your area.
Your property will be listed on the same local MLS that a traditional local agent would use, with your contact details included on the MLS under Agent Remarks.
