Can I choose my own Settlement Agent?

Absolutely! You have the freedom to choose your settlement agent. While Houzeo provides a recommendation, you're welcome to select an agent of your choice.

Simply follow these steps to select your preferred agent:

  1. Click on "+ Add My Closing/Escrow Agent" to begin the process.




  2. Provide the necessary details as requested and click on "Add My Closing Agent" to finalize your selection.


Feel free to add the agent of your choice and proceed with confidence in your decision.

If you are already past this page and if you wish to change/update the settlement agent details. You can do so by going to 'My Team', selecting a member to add the vendor to your listing.
