How do I accept or reject an offer?

If you receive an offer and decide not to move forward, you can simply respond to the buyer or their agent via email and let them know your decision. You may choose to include a reason—such as the price not meeting your expectations, your interest in further negotiations, or your decision to proceed with another offer—but this is entirely optional.

There’s no specific format required. A clear and courteous response is sufficient. Please note that this communication remains private between you and the buyer or their agent.
