How can I reject the offer?
Houzeo does not have a specific “Reject” button for offers. If you choose not to accept an offer, it is automatically considered rejected once it expires. Offers typically expire within two days of submission on the property.
If you prefer to notify the buyer or their agent sooner, you may do so by sending an email to communicate your decision.
