How to counter an offer?

To counter, not just the price, but the closing date, earnest deposit, or any other offer parameter. Sellers can easily manage this process online, which streamlines negotiations and helps both parties move towards an agreement more efficiently.

The online tool helps sellers manage multiple offers, set their own terms, and communicate clearly with buyers. It's like having a digital assistant that helps with negotiations.

Find below the steps to Counter an Offer using Houzeo Mobile App:-

Step 1:  Log in to Houzeo: Access your Houzeo account using your username and password.

Step 2 : You need to click first on 'My Home' and then click on 'Task'.

Step 3:  Once you click on "Offers" you will get a detailed comparison between offers that you have received for your property. 

Step 4: If you have received multiple offers you can choose to compare between 3 offers that you have received. 

Step 5: Simply open the offer, then click “Counter Offer.” From there, you can select the offers you’d like to compare, or you can counter an individual offer by clicking “Counter.”

1) Login to you Houzeo Dashboard, you will be able to view the offers you have received on your dashboard. 

2) Once you click on "Offers" you will get a detailed comparison between offers that you have received for your property. 

If you have received multiple offers you can choose to compare between 2 offers side by side by simply clicking on "Counter an Offer" and selecting the offers you would like to compare or individually counter an offer by selecting "Counter"
