How to Submit a Counteroffer on Houzeo | Step-by-Step Guide

Is there a form to submit a counter offer?

At Houzeo, we keep things simple and user-friendly. If you receive an offer on your Houzeo Dashboard, follow these steps to submit a counteroffer:

  1. Go to the Offers Tab
  2. Click on the "Counter" option.
  3. Enter your updated terms and submit your counteroffer directly to the buyer.

What If I Received an Offer Offline?

If the buyer or their agent submitted an offer outside Houzeo, you have two options:

  1. Ask the Buyer/Agent to Upload the Offer

    • Direct them to use the "Make an Offer" option on your Houzeo listing.
    • This allows you to review and counter the offer electronically.
  2. Send a Counteroffer via Email

    • Simply reply to the buyer/agent via email, stating the changes you’d like to make.
