Does your online service provide online offer and acceptance forms?

Houzeo is a Flat Fee Technology Company and not a Real Estate Brokerage hence Houzeo does not directly provide offer forms or offer acceptance offers.

We have a feature called "Houzeo Offers" which allows buyers to submit offers online directly through the platform. Sellers can then review and compare these offers easily. This digital process streamlines the offer management process, making it more efficient for both buyers and sellers.

To accept an offer, the sellers can easily reach out to the buyer/buyer agent via email and inform them of the acceptance of the offer and proceed with the sale.

Sellers may also seek assistance from their listing agents who can help them with reviewing the offer and provide e-signing tools.

While the specific details of the form itself might vary, it's clear that Houzeo aims to simplify the offer process with its online tools.

Requesting forms from Listing Agent is a service available only for Gold & Platinum plans.
