Houzeo Offers | Simplify Real Estate Offer Management Online

Does your online service provide online offer and acceptance forms?

Houzeo is a Flat Fee Technology Platform, not a traditional Real Estate Brokerage, so we do not directly provide offer or acceptance forms.

However, we offer a feature called "Houzeo Offers" that allows buyers to submit offers online through our platform. Sellers can easily review and compare these offers digitally, simplifying the offer management process for both parties.

To accept an offer, sellers can contact the buyer or buyer's agent via email to notify them of the offer's acceptance and proceed with the sale. The offer is officially accepted once both the seller's and buyer's signatures are included on the offer contract.

If needed, sellers can also work with their listing agent to help review offers and facilitate e-signing.

While the exact format of the offer may vary, Houzeo aims to make the offer process as streamlined and efficient as possible with our online tools.

Warning
Requesting forms from Listing Agent is a service available only for Gold & Platinum plans.
