Once you receive an e-mail with an offer from either a buyer or a buyer agent, you can choose to either accept, counter, or decline the offer based on the viability of that offer.

Alternatively, you can choose to send a link of your Houzeo listing to the buyer or buyer agent to have them send you an offer on Houzeo's website, which may make the process simpler as you can have all the offers at once place and compare or counter the offers all in one place.
