What if I get an offer emailed to me outside of the House platform?
Once you receive an email with an offer from either a buyer or a buyer agent, you can choose to either accept, counter, or decline the offer based on the viability of that offer.
If you have accepted the offer, you’ll need to initiate the "Change MLS Listing – Pending" amendment from your Houzeo Dashboard. Simply fill in the required details, upload the signed offer contract, and submit the amendment.
This allows the assigned real estate agent to update your listing status to Pending on the MLS in real time.
Alternatively, you can choose to send a link of your Houzeo listing to the buyer or buyer agent to have them send you an offer on Houzeo's website, which may make the process simpler as you can have all the offers in one place and compare or counter the offers all in one place.
