Can Seller Concessions be Entered on the MLS for My Listing?

Seller concessions are a strategic arrangement in a real estate transaction where the seller covers certain costs or fees associated with purchasing a home. These concessions can make home ownership more accessible for buyers by reducing upfront expenses. 

The seller concessions may be  entered on the MLS, as most MLS platforms have a dedicated field for this purpose. This allows the listing agent to indicate any monetary contributions or concessions the seller is offering to the buyer, such as assistance with closing costs or other expenses. You should verify with your specific MLS system to ensure that this feature is available and where it can be entered, as it may vary depending on the platform being used.

You can make changes to any information of your listing apart from Price, Photos, Property Description, Open House details, Buyer's Agent Commission, and MLS Listing Status by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the "Change MLS Listing" option on your Houzeo Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on "Other" option under Listing Changes.

Step 3: Enter the changes you wish to update in your listing within the comment box and proceed by clicking on "Continue to Step 2".

Step 4: To complete the process, provide an e-text signature by typing your name exactly as it appears below the signature field (remember that it is case-sensitive).

Once you have signed the amendment request, click on "Submit Amendment". This will create an amendment task that will be reviewed by your listing agent.
