Do buyers have to submit the contract on the website?

The seller can choose where the buyer can submit an offer, in the case of Gold & Platinum plans which include Houzeo Offers for free (paid service for Bronze & Silver plans) the seller can provide the link to their Houzeo listing and the buyer can submit an offer on the Houzeo website. Alternatively, the seller can also request an offer by e-mail. It is beneficial to have a buyer send you an offer on Houzeo as you would be able to view all the relevant documents and also counter the offer on the website.
