Is it possible to remove the estimated home value from websites like Zillow or Redfin?

On most MLS listings, there is a field for "AVM" or "Auto Valuation Model". The field is for telling the MLS if you want to allow websites to display the computer-generated estimate of the home value (AKA Zestimate on Zillow). The options are "Yes" or "No".
If you select "No" to the "AVM" field, then websites should not be displaying the home value estimate.

If you do not want the estimated value of your property to be shown on certain websites, you can easily amend it on the Houzeo Dashboard. To do this, simply use the "Change MLS Listing" option available on the dashboard and submit an amendment by choosing the 'other' option. Once amended, the listing agent will review your request and check if the option to turn off the estimated value is visible on the MLS. If the option is visible, the agent will turn it off on your behalf. However, if the option is not available, the agent will inform you of the same.

AVM disables valuation for all websites and cannot be selectively turned off for a particular website.
