I want to download the listing agreement PDF for my buyer. How can I do that?

There are two ways to download a PDF copy of your Houzeo listing agreement to share with your buyer:

Method 1: Through the Listing Agreement Task

  1. Log in to your Houzeo Dashboard.
  2. Locate the section labeled "Complete Tasks".
  3. Within this section, find the task named "Listing Agreement."
  4. Click on the PDF document you see attached with the listing agreement task. This will open the agreement in your browser.
  5. In the top right corner of your screen, locate an option labeled "More Actions".
  6. Click on "More Actions" and select "Download PDF" from the options. This will download the listing agreement to your device.


Method 2: Through the Documents Section

  1. Log in to your Houzeo account.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Locate a section labeled "Documents" . This section might be on the main dashboard page or accessible through a dedicated "Documents" tab.
  4. Within the "Documents" section, find and download the specific document labeled "Listing Agreement."



Confidentiality Reminder:

The listing agreement you download contains sensitive information, including:

  • Your personal details: Name, address, contact information
  • Seller signature: Your electronic or physical signature on the document
  • Listing price: The price at which you're offering the property
  • Buyer agent commission: The fee paid to a buyer's agent if they bring a qualified buyer
  • Potential legal or financial details: Information about the property's title, disclosures, or seller financing (if applicable)
