I ordered a CMA but I haven't received any CMA report yet.
The Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report is a valuable tool included in Houzeo’s Gold and Platinum plans. However, you must opt in and complete the CMA task under 'Optional Items' on your Houzeo Dashboard for the broker to prepare the report.

- Included for Free in Gold and Platinum Plans.
- Additional Cost of $149 for Basic/Lower Plans.
How to Request a CMA Report by using Houzeo Mobile App?
Step 1: Log in to Houzeo: Access your Houzeo account using your username and password.
Step 2 : You need to click first on 'My Home' and then click on 'Task'.
Step 3: Click on the task. Once you do, you will see the option for Optional Task. Click on Optional to proceed.
Step 4: Once you have completed all the required tasks on your Houzeo task page, look for the option to select the “Comparable Market Analysis” upgrade on the dashboard under Optional Items.
Step 5: After clicking Complete Task, you will see the option to Mark as Complete.
To expedite the process, email your listing agent with your request.
Expect to receive the CMA report within 24-48 business hours after making the request.
