The Gold Package is our most popular plan, priced at $299 upfront plus 1% of the sale price at closing (varies state to state). You can view the plan pricing for your state here. 

It includes everything in the Silver Package, along with Houzeo’s most advanced technology features and virtual assistance from a licensed Listing Agent.

With the Gold Package, buyer agents can submit offers online through the Houzeo Dashboard, and you’ll receive instant notifications when offers are received. You can counter and request for highest and best offers online, and if you receive multiple offers, you can compare them side by side to make informed decisions. You’ll also receive a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and a Sellability Score, which evaluates your property’s pricing, visibility, and overall market readiness.

The Listing Agent will review offer contracts and other required real estate forms with you, ensuring clarity and confidence before you proceed.

Additionally, the Gold Package provides virtual access to your Listing Agent for guidance and support throughout the listing and offer stage, helping you navigate the process smoothly and efficiently.
