I have tried to fill this form out 10 times and it will not save.

If you’ve tried submitting the form multiple times and it isn’t saving, it’s usually because one or more required fields are incomplete. Please follow the steps below:

If You Are Completing the Listing Agreement, Houzeo Relationship Agreement, or Seller Disclosures

  1. Check for missing required fields.

    Click “Next Required Field” at the top of the form. This will automatically take you to any incomplete mandatory section.

  2. Look for the “Finish” button in the top-right corner.

    • If you see it, click Finish to submit the form.

    • If you do not see it, continue using “Next Required Field” until all required fields are completed and you finally hit 'Finish'.

If You Are Completing the MLS Data Input Form

  1. Ensure all required fields are filled in or selected.

  2. If you are unsure about certain information. 
    - Refer to your tax or county property records for accuracy.
    -If a field truly does not apply, you may enter “NA” where appropriate.
    -Do not leave any mandatory fields blank.

  3. If the form still does not save, scroll down and click “Save and Resume Later' and then, contact Houzeo Support for assistance.
