How can I save the information I’ve already filled in and complete the remaining document later?

Any information that you fill in on the Houzeo Dashboard during the listing process gets auto-saved and you can resume from where you left it.

When it comes to saving the information in the documents, here's what you can do to ensure that your progress is not lost:

Houzeo Mobile App

For MLS Data Input Form:

1. Log in to your Houzeo account on the mobile app, tap My Homes at the bottom, and then select Tasks under your property:



2. 
In the task list, locate MLS Data Input Form and tap Complete Task:



3. Click Launch Now to open the form:



4. Fill out the form, and if you want to save your progress to complete later, scroll to the bottom and select Save & Resume:



5. On the next screen, copy and save the unique link provided for future reference, or choose to have it emailed to your preferred email address:



For Other Documents:

1. Log in to your Houzeo account on the mobile app, tap My Homes at the bottom, and then select Tasks under your property:



2. In the task list, open any document like the listing agreement or disclosures and tap Complete Task:



3. On the next screen, a small window will display your details—select the checkbox if you are the only seller, or uncheck it if there are two sellers, then scroll down and click Submit:



4. Once the document is opened - To save your progress on other documents like the listing agreement or disclosures, look for the 'More Actions' button in the top right corner. Click it, and select 'Save and Send Email.' A link to the saved document will be sent directly to your registered email:

Houzeo Web Dashboard

For MLS Data Input Form:

1.
Login to the Houzeo Dashboard, navigate to the Required Tasks section, locate the MLS Data Input Form, and click on it, then select the Launch Now button to open the form:
 


2. When you complete the MLS Data Input Form and want to save the progress, scroll down to the bottom. You will see an option for 'save and resume later'. Once you click it, you will see a pop-up that asks you to confirm, you will click 'Save and Get Link':




3. On the next screen, you'll find a unique link. Copy and save it for future reference. Additionally, you also have an option to have this link emailed to your desired email:





For Other Documents:

1.
Login to the Houzeo Dashboard, navigate to the Required Tasks section, select a document like the listing agreement or disclosures, and click on it, then select the Launch Now button to open the form:

On the next screen, a small window will show your details—check the box if you are the only seller of the property, or uncheck it if there are two sellers and hit Submit:



3. Once you open the document, to save your progress on documents such as the Listing Agreement or disclosures, click the “More Actions” button in the top-right corner. Select “Save and Send Email,” and a link to the saved document will be sent to your registered email address.
