Listing Activation Process on Houzeo

To activate your listing on Houzeo, you must complete the following steps:

1. Enter Property Address: Begin by providing the location of your property.
2. Enter Basic Details: Specify details about your property such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and lot size.
3. Title Information: Input the title owner's information including email address and phone number.
4. Set Up The Selling Price: Decide on your property's selling price.
5. Select a Plan: Choose the appropriate Houzeo listing plan.
6. Select a Listing Agent: Pick an agent who will handle your listing.
7. Add Property Photos and Description: Upload high-quality images of your property and write a compelling description.
8. Complete Required Documents: Finish by submitting all necessary documentation like the Listing Agreement, Seller Disclosures, and the MLS Input Form.

How to Delay Activation

• To delay your listing activation: Complete all steps up to Step 7. For Step 8, hold off on submitting the MLS Input Form until you are ready for the property to go live. Once you submit this form, your listing agent will activate your listing within 1-2 business days.
• If all steps are completed: Contact your listing agent directly via email to request a hold on making the listing active. It's advisable to keep the Houzeo Support team in the loop by cc'ing them on the email.
