How do I change the last name of owner, it's showing up as my maiden name.

If the name that appears on your listing agreement is not the desired name or if you wish to change the format of the name to match what is on the deed, you can do so when you launch the document for electronic signing on your Houzeo Dashboard. Here's how to do it:

  1. On your Houzeo Dashboard, click on 'Launch Now':


      2. A pop-up will appear. Ensure that your name (First Name and Last Name) is entered accurately. If you wish to include your maiden name, add it with your first name so your initials are printed correctly on the agreement:



This way, you can ensure that the desired name is populated on all listing form.
