My property is listed, can I request a change in the listing?
Once your property is listed, you can request changes to various aspects of your property listing, including the Price, Photos, Property Description, Open House details, Buyer's Agent Commission (if offered), MLS Listing Status, Virtual Tour, and any other modifications you may require. Changing the details of your property listed on Houzeo is very simple. Follow the steps below:
1. Login to your Houzeo Dashboard:
Login to your Dashboard with your email ID and password. You can also use your Google account as well if it is linked with Houzeo. Refer to the image below:
2. Locate the Property:
Once you log in, the Dashboard will show you the list of properties you have listed with Houzeo. Select the one for which you want to change the details. Click on the "Complete Tasks" button to select that property.

3. Select the Desired Change:
On your Listing Dashboard click on the Change MLS Listing option. This will open up all the options for changing them. If you are unsure of what option to select, you can select 'other' and proceed.

Select the relevant option to the change and fill in all the details. Continue to step 2 and sign the amendment. Then submit it and that's it! This will be notified to the listing agent to action. The requested changes are updated on the MLS typically within 24 business hours but may take up to 48 business hours.
