How can I change the closing date on the MLS using Houzeo Mobile App?

You can make changes to closing date information of your listing. If your property is pending and you need to change/update the closing date of the transaction, log in to your Houzeo account on the mobile app and follow these steps:

Step 1:

  • Go to your Property Dashboard.
  • Click on 'Change MLS Listing—Closing Date' and then select 'Closing Date' to initiate an amendment for updating the closing date.

         

Step 2:

  • Choose the desired 'Closing Date' and click 'Next'.

  • Enter the details of the settlement agent and buyer’s agent.
  • These details may be auto-fetched if the offer contract and pending amendment were previously submitted with the required information.

    

Step 4:

  • Upload the extension document/addendum (if available), then click 'Next' to proceed and sign the amendment.


      

    Step 5: To complete the process, provide an e-text signature and submit the amendment.
    Once you have signed the amendment request, click on "Submit". This will create an amendment task that will be reviewed by your listing agent.
