How do I make an offer through Houzeo website?

You can conveniently submit an offer directly through the Houzeo Mobile App by following the steps below:

1. Visit  https://www.houzeo.com/. Go to ‘Buy’, browse listings, sort, like, and save properties you’re interested in.

2. Open the listing and click ‘Make an Offer’, then select your Role – Buyer, Buyer Agent, Listing Agent (for buyer), Attorney, or Other.

Case 1: If you are a  buyer without an agent

3.. If you’re a Buyer without an agent, the system would first need you to enter your offer price.

4.(1) When asked if you have an agent:

Selecting Yes requires your agent’s email address (the offer will be submitted by the broker).

4.(2) When asked if you have an agent:

Selecting No prompts “Have you seen the property in person?”

5.
Regardless of role, you’ll be asked, “How will you finance this purchase?” – choose All Cash or Mortgage.

6. Then you’ll need to enter the buyer’s phone number in the pop-up dialog box.

Case 2: If you are a  buyer agent/attorney

Agents or Attorneys will first receive the Offer Submission Instructions. Click on ‘Continue’ to proceed to the next step.

The next step is where you then select financing type, upload offer contract, Preapproval Letter(in case of ‘Mortgage’ financing)/Proof of Funds(in case of ‘All Cash’), and the ‘Seller Disclosures’.

Click on continue to fill in the  ‘
Buyer Agent Details’, Buyer’s Title Owner, and Buyer’s Preferred Closing Agent Details.

After entering all information, click Continue, review the Offer Summary, confirm the Offer Price, Contingencies, and Closing Date, then Submit the offer.

Once you’ve added all the details and clicked ‘Continue’, you can summarize the offer by entering the complete terms of the offer, including:

a) Financial Details: Offer Price, Initial Deposit (with timeline), Additional Deposit (with timeline), Seller-Paid Closing Costs, Offer Expiration Date, Seller-Paid Buyer Agent Commission, and Closing Date.

b) Contingencies: Inspection Contingency Expiration Date and Financing Contingency Effective Days (default is 15 days, but editable).
