Yes, you can buy a home directly from a seller on Houzeo. You can use the "Make an Offer" feature on a listing to get started.

1) If you’re a Buyer without an agent, the system would first need you to enter your offer price.

2.(1) When asked if you have an agent:

Selecting Yes requires your agent’s email address (the offer will be submitted by the broker).

   

2.(2) When asked if you have an agent:

Selecting No prompts “Have you seen the property in person?”

  

3. Regardless of role, you’ll be asked, “How will you finance this purchase?” – choose All Cash or Mortgage.

4. Then you’ll need to enter the buyer’s phone number in the pop-up dialog box.

  

However, you will be responsible for your own due diligence, paperwork, and negotiations unless you choose to hire an agent or attorney for assistance.
