Can I get a reimbursement for an Agent Yard Sign?

There are two types of yard signs available when listing your property with Houzeo:

Houzeo Premium Yard Sign: These signs are specifically customized for Houzeo and can be used for marketing purposes.

Agent Yard Sign: Provided by real estate agents, these signs are not intended for Houzeo's marketing use. In some states, due to state rules and MLS restrictions, the seller's number cannot be included on the yard sign, which is where the Agent Yard Sign is used instead.

Reimbursement Policy:

  • Houzeo Premium Yard Signs: Reimbursement is available for Houzeo Premium Yard Signs. By consenting to the use of your photos for marketing purposes.
  • Agent Yard Signs: Reimbursement is not offered for Agent Yard Signs as they cannot be utilized for Houzeo's marketing initiatives.
