How to order a yard sign/sale sign?
Houzeo does not automatically send yard signs when you list your property. If you’d like to obtain a yard sign, follow these steps:

Steps to Order a Yard Sign using Houzeo Mobile App:
Step 1: Log in to Houzeo: Access your Houzeo account using your username and password.
Step 2 : You need to click first on 'My Home' and then click on 'Task'.
Step 3: Click on the task. Once you do, you will see the option for Optional Task. Click on Optional to proceed.
Step 4: Look for the option to opt for "Attract Buyers in Your Neighborhood With Our Yard Sign! FREE with Selfie! $49." upgrade on the dashboard under 'Optional Items' once you have completed all the required tasks on your Houzeo task page.
Step 5: Confirm Delivery Details and Payment: If you choose to purchase the yard sign, confirm your delivery address and phone number, then complete the $49 payment. Your yard sign will be shipped within 8-10 business days after confirmation.
Step 6: Free Yard Sign Option: Houzeo also offers a free yard sign program as part of a promotional initiative. To qualify, you must take a selfie with the Houzeo Yard Sign, ensuring that you, the sign, and your property are all visible in the image. There is no marketing refund for agent yard signs. In certain states, customizable yard signs are not permitted; in such cases, free yard signs are not provided.
