3. Send Confirmation Picture:
   - Once the sign is installed, take a picture of the homesellers, the sign, and the property.
   - Send this confirmation picture to support@houzeo.com from your registered email address.

4. Provide Card Information:
   - Include the last 4 digits of the card used during the sign purchase in the email.
   - This information is necessary to initiate the refund process.

5. Reimbursement Process:
   - Upon receiving the selfie, card information, and confirmation picture, our team will initiate the refund process.
   - The cost of the yard sign will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 6-7 working days.

6. Permission for Promotion:
   - By participating in the refund process, homesellers grant Houzeo the right to use the provided pictures for promotional purposes.
