4. Provide Card Information:
- Include the last 4 digits of the card used during the sign purchase in the email.
- This information is necessary to initiate the refund process.
5. Reimbursement Process:
- Upon receiving the selfie, card information, and confirmation picture, our team will initiate the refund process.
- The cost of the yard sign will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 6-7 working days.
6. Permission for Promotion:
- By participating in the refund process, homesellers grant Houzeo the right to use the provided pictures for promotional purposes.
- Pictures may be shared on social media and other marketing channels to showcase our services.

- Ensure that the selfie clearly shows the yard sign and the homeseller's face to validate the request.
- The reimbursement will be processed to the card used for the sign purchase.
