If you’re seeing an old listing from when you previously purchased the property, there’s no need to worry.
Property data displayed on third-party websites is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Since your new listing is currently in the process of being submitted or is not yet active on the MLS, the platforms may still display historical listing data associated with the property.
Once your property becomes active on the MLS, the updated information will automatically syndicate to third-party websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and others. This process may take some time, as syndication is not instantaneous.
