What are the specifications for submitting photos for a listing?
Image Quality: To ensure the highest quality, photos should be uploaded in JPEG format.
Primary Photo: The initial image submitted must exclusively capture the exterior of the property. Additional photos may include further external views and interior scenes. All photographs must focus solely on the property and should not include any identifiable personal information, logos, branding, 'for sale' signage, or individuals.
Here are the other MLS guidelines for uploading pictures that include:
- The primary picture should be the exterior front elevation of the property as per most of the MLSs.
- Recommended to add at least 3 pictures.
- It is recommend having professional pictures
- Upload JPG or JPEG files for best results. GIF are also supported
- NOT TO upload photos you have not taken yourself or ones you don’t have commercial rights to
- NOT TO upload PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, etc.
Note: Please ensure that all photos exclusively represent the subject property. They must not prominently feature any personal identifiers such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, comments, logos, branding, 'for sale' signs, or individuals
