The Gold package is our most popular option, which is for $299 upfront in most states, with 1% of your sale price at closing (Fees and commissions vary based on the state where the property is located). This package provides you with all the benefits of the Silver package, along with the benefit of Houzeo’s most advanced technology features and assistance from the Listing Agent.
With the Gold Package, buyer agents can submit their offers online on the Houzeo Dashboard, and you, as the seller, will receive notifications for any offers submitted. You will also have the ability to accept, counter, or reject offers directly online. If multiple offers are received, you can review and compare them side-by-side.
Furthermore, with the Gold package, your Listing Agent will also review the offer contracts and the real estate forms with you, helping you make the most informed decision.
You will also receive a Comparable Market analysis and a sellability score for your listing, which is like a report card for your property, assessing key factors that affect its visibility and the sale of the property.
With the Gold Package, you will have access to the Listing Agent virtually for any guidance or assistance you require on your listing.
