I noticed some errors in my draft. How can I get them fixed?

If there are any changes in the draft listing PDF attached to the "Your DRAFT Listing is Ready! Review it so we can make it live" task, please reject the draft and provide your comments for modification.

Follow these steps to reject the draft

Step 1: Log in to Houzeo: Access your Houzeo account using your username and password.

Step 2:  You need to click first on 'My Home' and then click on 'Task'.


Step 3: Click on the task. Once you do, you will see the option for PendingLook for the option for "Your DRAFT Listing is Ready! Review it so we can make it live" and then click on Complete Task.

Step 4: Click on the "Reject" option.


Step 5:  Input your comments specifying the necessary changes(rejection reason) in the draft and click on "Submit".



Upon rejection, your listing agent will implement the required modifications in accordance with MLS rules and will assign a new draft listing PDF for your review.

If the revised draft meets your approval, just accept it and your listing agent will proceed to activate your listing on the MLS and on Houzeo.

1. Click on the "Your DRAFT Listing is Ready! Review it so we can make it live" task under "Required Tasks".


2. Click on the "Reject" option, as highlighted in the attached screenshot.

 

3. Input your comments specifying the necessary changes(rejection reason) in the draft.




4. Click on "Reject and Reassign" option



Upon rejection, your listing agent will implement the required modifications in accordance with MLS rules and will assign a new draft listing PDF for your review.

If the revised draft meets your approval, just accept it and your listing agent will proceed to activate your listing on the MLS and on Houzeo.
