I have completed the documents and are now under review, what does that mean?

Once you have completed all the required documents, they are sent to the Listing Agent for review. The agent will verify the details provided against tax and county records and assign a draft listing for approval within 24-48 business hours.

If no corrections are needed, the documents will be marked as completed, and your listing will be updated on the MLS. However, if any corrections are required, the listing agent or Houzeo Support will be reach out to you for updates.

As a seller, you can sit back and relax while the listing agent completes the task of reviewing the do.
