How can I download the PDF of my listing agreement for my buyer?
There are two ways to download a PDF copy of your Houzeo listing agreement to share with your buyer:
Method 1: Through the Listing Agreement Task
- Log in to your Houzeo Dashboard.
- Locate the section labeled "Complete Tasks".
- Within this section, find the task named "Listing Agreement."
- Click on the PDF document you see attached with the listing agreement task. This will open the agreement in your browser.
- In the top right corner of your screen, locate an option labeled "More Actions".
- Click on "More Actions" and select "Download PDF" from the options. This will download the listing agreement to your device.

Method 2: Through the Documents Section
- Log in to your Houzeo account.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Locate a section labeled "Documents" . This section might be on the main dashboard page or accessible through a dedicated "Documents" tab.
- Within the "Documents" section, find and download the specific document labeled "Listing Agreement."

Confidentiality Reminder:
The listing agreement you download contains sensitive information, including:
- Your personal details: Name, address, contact information
- Seller signature: Your electronic or physical signature on the document
- Listing price: The price at which you're offering the property
- Buyer agent commission: The fee paid to a buyer's agent if they bring a qualified buyer
