How do I clear Cache and Cookies to make sure my browser works? 
In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More. Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
- Select the types of information you want to remove.
- Click Clear data
Android phone or tablet
- Open the Chrome app on your Android device.
- Tap at the top right.
- Tap History, then tap Clear Browsing Data.
- Choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Tap Cookies and site data and Cached Images and Files. 
- Tap Clear data to confirm.
 
In the Safari browser:
- Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol.
- Click on Settings.
- A new dialogue box will open.
- Click Privacy.
- Click on the Manage Website Data button.
- To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all.
- A new dialogue box will open.
