How to Add or Remove an Open House from Your Real Estate Listing | Step-by-Step Guide

How do I add, edit, or remove an Open House from my listing?

Steps to Update Open House Details via Houzeo Mobile App
  1. Open the Houzeo Mobile App and go to My Homes.
  2. Select your property listing.



  3. Tap Change MLS Listing and choose the Open House option.

        
  4. Add or Update Open House Details
    • Tap Add Open House


    • Enter the Date

    • Select the Start and End Time

    • Select the Open house Type - where it's 'Public' or only for 'Broker' and the host of the Open House as well.



    • Once you have added the first one, if you want to add two more open houses, you can click on ' + Add Open House' option.



  5. Click Continue to Step 2, then 'Tap to Sign' to review, sign, and submit the amendment.

    Once submitted, the broker will review and activate the update within
    24–48 business hours.
NotesImportant Notes:
  • If your listing is not yet live, the Open House details will be updated once it goes live. 
  • Please submit your Open House request at least 24–48 business hours before the scheduled Open House time.

Steps to Update Open House Details via Houzeo Dashboard
Step 1: Access the MLS Change Option
  • Log in to your Houzeo Dashboard.
  • Click on "Change MLS Listing".
Step 2: Select the Open House Option
  • Click on "Open House" under listing change options.


Step 3: Add or Remove Open House Details
  • To add or update Open House details, click "Add Open House" and enter:
    ✅ 
    Date
    ✅ 
    Start & End Time
    ✅ 
    Relevant Notes (if any)
  • Click "Continue to Step 2" to proceed.


Step 4: Provide E-Signature and Submit
  • Type your name exactly as shown in the signature field (case-sensitive).
  • Click "Submit Amendment" to create an amendment request.
  • Your listing agent will review and action the amendment within 24-48 business hours.


Important Notes
✔ Open House details will be added to the MLS only once the listing is active.
✔ If your listing status is "Listing Docs Pending," complete all required documents first to gain access to the "Change MLS Listing" option.

If your listing status is "Listing Docs Pending," please ensure that you complete the required documents assigned to you. Once you have completed the documents, you will gain access to the "Change MLS Listing" option.
