Choosing a Settlement Agent for Your Houzeo Listing: Flexibility and Recommendations

Do I have to use (obligated to use) Houzeo's Settlement agent?

You can add your own title agent. The title agent provided by Houzeo is not mandatory. You have the flexibility to choose a different title agent of your preference.

Once you complete the 7th step of the listing process, which is updating the property description and uploading the photos, you get redirected to your Houzeo Dashboard, and henceforth can check the 'My Team' section on your Dashboard to find your closing agent.
