Once a seller begins the listing process, they go through seven steps, with the eighth and final step requiring completion of the documents.

If there are two sellers associated with a listing, then under the Title tab (Step 5 of the Houzeo listing process), all owners must provide their full name, email address, and contact number.
2. To proceed with a desired task, the seller should click on the "Launch Now" button.
3. A pop-up will display the contact information of both owners, to complete the form click the "Submit" button.
NOTE: Within the pop-up, there is an unchecked checkbox labeled "Check this box if there is only ONE signer." So, you need to 'Uncheck' the box if there are 2 sellers.
4. After the 1st seller completes their section of the form, they can click the green "Finish" button located in the top-right corner of the document.
5. Clicking the "Finish" button will automatically send an email to the 2nd signer's registered email address, containing a link to the form.
The 2nd seller can open the link directly from their email inbox, and proceed to complete and submit the document direct
