When you list with Houzeo, you pay a minimal upfront flat fee to get your property listed on the MLS through one of our licensed partner agents. These agents ensure that your listing complies with all local MLS rules and regulations.
While the initial listing fee is flat-rate, a 1.25% listing agent fee is paid at closing. This fee covers a wide range of valuable services that support you throughout your home-selling journey, including:

Full control over your listing through your Houzeo dashboard and mobile app—update details, request changes, and manage your property at your convenience.
Offers Management:
Use our Offers platform to receive, review, counter, or accept offers—all electronically, without the need for in-person meetings.
Showings Management:
Schedule, reschedule, or decline showings in real-time directly through your dashboard.
Amendment Handling:
The listing agent reviews and processes amendment requests (like pricing or description changes) within 24–48 business hours.
Dedicated Support:
Our concierge team assists with required MLS documentation, helping ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
MLS Compliance:
The agent will update your listing status (e.g., from active to pending or sold) throughout the transaction to maintain MLS compliance.
Agent Access:
You have the option to contact the listing agent for professional advice at any time during your listing period.
Additional Services:
You also have the option to list on additional MLSs (if you're selling in multiple areas) and apply for rush service if you need your listing expedited.
