Why do I need a listing agent to get listed on the MLS?

To understand why do you need an agent to list your property on the MLS, we would need to learn about the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) <Insert link> and a a Real Estate Agent <Insert link>

Now that you know about the MLS and a Real Estate Agent, you would know that the MLS is restricted to be accessed only by a registered Broker/Agent, thus to be able to list on the MLS and get the property syndicated to 100+ websites including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, Redfin, Houzeo & Homes.com, you would need an Agent or Broker.
