It will be shown as just 'For Sale'. There are generally two sections on any third-party website for a listing - For Sale and For Sale By Owner (FSBO). When you list your property with Houzeo, it is in turn listed on the MLS by a licensed listing agent. The listing is the same as you would do with a local realtor in your area. There are no differences in the listing. The source of the listing would be the MLS on which the property is listed. This will include the MLS number and the agent details as well.
A listing for sale by the owner, on the other hand, is listed by the seller himself directly to third-party websites such as Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, etc. This is listed without the representation of the real estate agent or broker. For the realtors to search your property, they have to toggle a specific filter to the FSBO section.
