What is the Rush Service, and why does it have an additional fee?

With the Rush Service package, your listing agent prioritizes ensuring that your listing is processed quickly and efficiently. If you provide your listing agent with all the required information, such as documents, photos, and data forms, we guarantee that you will receive the MLS Draft to review within 12 working hours. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays, as our team is not available during these times.

When you choose our Platinum Service package, you will benefit from having your listing placed at the front of the line for the listing agent, giving it priority over other listings.
