What Is the cancellation fee on the (Nebraska)NE Pricing Page?

The cancel option allows sellers to cancel their listing at any time, provided the property is not under contract, by paying a fixed cancellation fee. Please check the NE Pricing Page (Link) for reference.

The applicable fees are:

  • Silver Plan: $999

  • Platinum Plan: $1,499

If you choose to cancel your listing before your property goes under contract, the cancellation fee corresponding to your selected plan will apply.
