If you receive an offer and wish to counter it, our listing agents can assist you in crafting a response. This service is available with the Gold and Platinum plans. For those on the Silver plan, you can upgrade to Gold or Platinum without an upfront fee, though a closing fee of 1% for Gold or 1.25% for Platinum (minimum $999) will apply.
