What if I need help with an offer or counter-offer?
NOTE: The Bronze plan is no longer available for any state plans.
If you receive an offer and want to counter it, our listing agents can help you craft a response. This service is included with Gold and Platinum plans. If you’re on Bronze or Silver, you can upgrade to Gold or Platinum without paying an upfront fee. However, there’s a closing fee of 0.5% for Gold or 1% for Platinum (minimum $999).
Additionally, Houzeo offers you an Advanced Offers Dashboard that allows sellers to review & compare offers and counter them electronically. You can refer to this article for a detailed explanation of countering your offer using Houzeo's Offer Platform.
