What happens to my Zillow listing when my listing is live in MLS?
Once your property is listed on the MLS through Houzeo, Zillow automatically updates your existing listing based on its internal policies. Instead of showing your home as For Sale By Owner (FSBO), Zillow will change the status to a standard “For Sale” listing.
Zillow does not display duplicate listings for the same property address, so you will not see multiple listings for the same property. Your existing Zillow listing is simply updated and synced with the MLS data, ensuring consistency and better visibility across the platform.
This allows your property to maintain a single, accurate listing while benefiting from MLS-level exposure.
