A flat fee listing allows you to list your property on the MLS at a fraction of the cost compared to the traditional 3% to 5% agent commission (subject to change based on NAR’s lawsuit settlement). This fee covers access to cutting-edge real estate technology and a licensed real estate agent to list your property on the MLS. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to withdraw your listing.
You may be eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable $75 deposit if all the following conditions are met:
1️⃣ It has been less than 7 days since you placed your order.
2️⃣ You have not signed the Listing Agreement.
3️⃣ Your listing has not gone live.
4️⃣ You have not been assigned a draft listing.
