If I have my listing off-market (e.g. Withdrawn), does this time count against my listing period?
Yes, if your listing is temporarily off-market (e.g. Withdrawn), the days on the market continue to count.
At Houzeo, the seller can list their property on the MLS for a term of either 6 months or 12 months. Once the listing agreement is provided to the seller to sign, it contains the date of expiry of the listing from the MLS. All these details are agreed upon at the time of agreement. Thus, irrespective of the status of the listing, the property will expire on the date agreed in the listing agreement, unless canceled permanently by the seller.
