I want to use my own Closing Company for closing. How do I switch from what was given?

Houzeo provides its home sellers an option to work with top title companies in the nation, however, sellers are not obligated to use the services of the title company/agent provided by Houzeo. The sellers are free to work with their local title company.

Please find below the three available options that you can use to add your title company on your Houzeo Dashboard:

1. You can add the details of your Closing Agent under the "Your Team" option by clicking on the "+" sign and adding the details. Refer to the screenshot below:

You can use the ‘delete’ icon to remove a member who is not a part of the transaction and use the ‘Add Member’ button to add the member/s involved in the transaction.

You can add a team member by filling out a short form. Double-check the entered information for accuracy. Once done, just hit ‘Add’ and you’re all set.

2. Email us the required details of the Closing agent, including:

i. Closing Agent Name

ii. Phone Number

iii. Email ID

iv. Firm Name

OR

3. Raise an "Other Info" change MLS amendment request to update the Title agent details. Refer to this article on how to submit an amendment request. Your Listing Agent will update the details.
