What Does 'Allow Virtual Showing' Mean in Real Estate? | Houzeo

I want to know where and how to view the call logs in call forwarding.

As the seller's contact information cannot be added directly to third-party websites like Zillow, listing agents sometimes use a call forwarding number. This number forwards all calls directly to the seller.


You can find all calls made to the call forwarding number linked to your property on your Houzeo Dashboard. 


Here's how you can access the call logs:

1. Go to the "Inquiries" tab on your Houzeo dashboard and choose "Call Logs".




2. You'll see a list of all calls received on the call forwarding number.

3. Each entry will display the caller's number, a recording of the call, and the time it occurred.


This way, you can keep track of all leads received on your property and even follow up with them if required.
