Signing Up and Getting Your Dashboard Access:
- Head over to Houzeo and click "Start Listing Now".
- Complete the 8 sign-up tasks:
- Property details (address, information)
- Title, contact info
- Listing price
- Plan selection and payment
- Listing Agent Selection
- Closing Agent Selection (optional)
- Photos and Description
Once you complete these steps, you'll have access to your Houzeo dashboard a.k.a Task Page.
Ordering Your For Sale Sign (Optional)
- In your dashboard, look for the optional task "Attract Buyers in Your Neighborhood With Our Yard Sign! FREE with Selfie!".
- If you choose to purchase the sign, confirm the delivery address and phone number.
- Make the $49 payment.
Delivery Timeline
- Once you complete the sign purchase, expect delivery within 8-10 business days.
Important Note:
If you're using a Houzeo "For Sale" sign, you are eligible for a marketing refund. The Houzeo yard sign is free when you submit a selfie with the sign, your house, and yourself in the photo to verify ownership.
