If you're interested in getting a for sale sign from Houzeo, it takes 8 business days from the time you place an order on the Houzeo Dashboard and purchase the yard sign.

Here's a breakdown of the timeline:

Signing Up and Getting Your Dashboard Access:

  1. Head over to Houzeo and click "Start Listing Now".
  2. Complete the 8 sign-up tasks:
    • Property details (address, information)
    • Title, contact info
    • Listing price
    • Plan selection and payment
    • Listing Agent Selection
    • Closing Agent Selection (optional)
    • Photos and Description

Once you complete these steps, you'll have access to your Houzeo dashboard a.k.a Task Page.

Ordering Your For Sale Sign (Optional)

  1. In your dashboard, look for the optional task "Attract Buyers in Your Neighborhood With Our Yard Sign! FREE with Selfie!".
  2. If you choose to purchase the sign, confirm the delivery address and phone number.
  3. Make the $49 payment.


Delivery Timeline

  • Once you complete the sign purchase, expect delivery within 8-10 business days.

Important Note:

If you're using a Houzeo "For Sale" sign, you are eligible for a marketing refund. The Houzeo yard sign is free when you submit a selfie with the sign, your house, and yourself in the photo to verify ownership.
