At Houzeo, we currently have three plans available — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — and all of them include a minimal commission at closing. This means you pay an initial flat fee to get your property listed for sale, and only upon a successful sale of the property, you pay a small closing cost ranging from 0.5% to 1.25%, depending on the plan you choose. All of our plans do include a closing fee as part of the service. At this time, we do not have a plan that excludes it.

Note: In Pennsylvania and Delaware, the Bronze plan is also available, offering a closing commission of 0.25%.

As MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is restricted to be accessed only by licensed real estate agents, Houzeo works with local partner agents to list your property on your local MLS. Being listed on your primary or local MLS ensures maximum visibility to the most relevant buyers, which is critical for a successful sale. Houzeo’s approach combines expert agent assistance with efficient technology to manage your sale with transparency and control.

If you’ve chosen the Silver Plan, you maintain full control over your sale, while the listing agent is responsible solely for placing your property on the MLS and making listing updates when needed.

The agent’s main role is to create and maintain your MLS listing. They don’t assist with showings, negotiations, or inspections — these responsibilities remain with you, the seller. Therefore, the agent’s location has no bearing on the day-to-day operations of your transaction.
